With this letter we would like to inform you about the current changes in the management of Perlon®.

As of April, Mr. Jens Becker will take over the role of Co-CEO from Mr. Kamil Grzelak and, together with Co-CEO Matthias Peter and CFO Oliver Lehmann, represents the management of Perlon®. In his role Mr. Becker is responsible for sales, marketing, product management,
R&D as well as the international subsidiaries. Mr. Kamil Grzelak will return to his previous role and will closely support Perlon® as senior advisor to the management board.

Mr. Becker has many years of proven management experience, which he has gained in an international environment in numerous different companies, primarily in the transformation environment. In the last 5 years, he was Group CEO at the Exolon Group and has shaped the
company from the carve-out of Covestro into a successful specialist for the extrusion of plastic sheets.

Ms. Lena Haubrich continues to be globally responsible for sales and marketing at Perlon® as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and, together with the segment managers and the sales team, will remain at your disposal.

The Perlon®- Group, under its new leadership team, remains committed to pursuing the same customer-focused corporate strategy and continuing as your reliable, innovation-driven business partner.
